Parental Consent

As the parent/guardian of the student listed below, I understand that college course enrollment is available through Saint Francis University for qualifying high school students.  To be eligible for college credit enrollment, I understand that high school students must:

·         Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

·         Have written parent/guardian consent (signature of this form constitutes consent).

·         Once enrolled, students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average in their college level courses to remain in good standing and maintain college credit eligibility.

 

As your child enrolls in college courses, it is important to note that:

·         The courses taken will establish an official transcript that will follow the student throughout the student's college and/or university career.

·         Students will enroll through Saint Francis University as non-degree seeking students.

·         There will be no financial reimbursement if a student decides to withdraw from a course after the drop date.
